Uzma works as a Maths and Numeracy Advisor to several multi-academy trusts and a diverse range of schools. She provides schools with a clear inspiring vision, leadership skills, CPD training, outstanding teaching, and works closely with colleagues to share and model good practice with the aim of improving progress and attainment.
